IIMUN @ Sage University Indore - 25th - 27th July 2023

 

Choithram International students participated in India's International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) organized by Sage University, Indore. The Model United Nations event was a unique and remarkable experience, featuring various celebrities such as Ratna Pathak, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, and others, who motivated the youth to actively engage and explore their talents. Additionally, esteemed dignitaries like Mr. Rajiv Chetwani, the director of ISRO, and Sumitra Mahajan shared valuable insights on fostering a positive mindset and contributing to the development of self and society. The I.I.M.U.N gave our students the opportunity to enhance their public speaking and leadership skills. The event provided valuable takeaways for each student, contributing to their personal and academic growth. Notably, two students from Choithram International, Neevya Jain and Nachiket Joshi of MYP 3, received special recognition in their respective committees for their outstanding performance. Overall, the IIMUN organized by Sage University proved to be a highly enriching and empowering experience for our students, encouraging them to be proactive global citizens and nurturing their potential as future leaders.

During the IIT MUN conference, Choithram International School students showcased remarkable diplomacy and intellect, with 14 of our brilliant delegates participating passionately. Their experiences were nothing short of inspiring, demonstrating dedication to global issues and collaborative problem-solving. Among these exceptional delegates, Durva Patidar from MYP 5 stood out, receiving a special mention for her outstanding contributions. The conference provided a platform for our students to engage in intense debates, foster international friendships, and broaden their horizons. With their eloquence and research skills, our delegates skillfully navigated complex topics, leaving a lasting impression on the MUN community. Their active involvement highlighted not only their knowledge but also their commitment to positive change.
