At Choithram International, Service as Action is an integral component of the Middle Years’ Progamme. It is an indispensable component for the pupils to fulfill during an academic year. It commences with inquiry and planning in the classroom and transcends beyond it, necessitating the pupils to be proactive participants of the communities they inhabit. Emphasizing the sense of belongingness towards the community throughout the Programme fosters responsible citizenship and endeavours to augment the pupils’ cognizance and comprehension of the world around them. The MYP Service as Action facilitates a mode for experiential learning through manifold virtual, physical service and community activities.
